Comic Meat Up's monthly hang out is on Oct. 26th 2019 @ Nuclear Comics (10am - 5pm) in Orange County, CA for HALLOWEEN COMICFEST, the sister event of Free Comic Book Day! Designed to be an awesome event at Local Comic Shops by giving customers FREE COMICS from big publishers, just like FCBD!

Nuclear Comics is inviting Comic Creators & Illustrators to (for FREE) set up your Convention Tables or just draw and hang out at the event. If you're doing either, send a quick RSVP (or cancellation) for a FREE SPACE at ComicMeatUp@gmail.com to help ensure there's spots for everyone. The event is OUTSIDE in a SHADED AREA, forecast is high of 77°F. You're welcome to set up early, and can arrive and leave at anytime. The tide rises all boats, so spread the word to like minded local creators and comic fans.  Most importantly of all: Come and Have Fun!

Comic Meat Up is an informal group for Comics Creators in Orange County, CA that gather locally about once a month (usually at Comic Shops) in order to exchange tips n' tricks, work on projects, sometimes sell work, or just hang out with fellow industry members. Illustrators are more than welcome too. We're here to support and grow the comic community in OC!
